The competitors, held November four in Alexandria, Virginia, challenged the taking part groups of graduate college college students to develop a advertising strategy for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). The premise was to extend consciousness and donations among young individuals. The Carey team consisted of scholars from each the Baltimore and Washington, D.C., campuses, and it was led by Assistant Professor Sylvia Long-Tolbert, a advertising professional on the Carey faculty.
